A travel fee will be asked at a rate of R3.90 per km. (as per Nov. 2016).

• One polygraph test takes approximately 45-60 minutes.
• All reports are emailed to clients usually within 24 hours, but verbal feedback could be given to the client on the day of the polygraph examinations if preferred.
• Criminal Checks takes 3-4 days for the results.
• Limpopo Polygraphs testifies for our clients as expert witness during Disciplinary Hearings and at CCMA level.

We have our own interpreter in Pedi-languages.

QUOTATIONS ARE NEGOTIABLE FOR GROUP BOOKINGS (discount will apply)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellations must be made within 48-hour of booking. Any “no-shows” will be charged in full.

Clients must ensure that all examinees are informed beforehand that 1) they will be expected to undergo a polygraph examination and 2) that the polygraph examination is voluntary (nobody may be compelled to undergo a polygraph examination).

Payment is due immediately upon delivery of the Invoice, unless prior alternative arrangements have been made (usually within 24 hours of the examination). The signed Acceptance form should be faxed to 086 506 1929 one day prior to any service will be rendered. All reports to our clients will be emailed or faxed usually within 24 hours.

ACCEPTANCE

Once the quote has been accepted, it must be faxed to 086 506 1929 (see document on next page). You will then be contacted to confirm the booking and finalise the venue arrangements.
